Return Procedure

  • To submit a Return request, please contact our customer experience team at hello@soursopnutriton.com or call 855-LUV-BEME during our hours of operation from 9am Central Standard Time to 7pm Central Standard Time.
  • Please have your purchase information available including your order number. 
  • A member of our team will be happy to assist you in finding a satisfactory solution.
  • If your request for a full refund is approved, a pre-addressed label will be sent to you by email. This label will contain the return address to ensure proper handling. You will simply tape this label to the top of your return package.
  • You will be asked to return the empty or unused portion of your product along with the original invoice inside the box. 
  • Please kindly note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
  • If your request has been approved, all packages returned will be refunded the full cost of the product.
  • Used or empty product containers may only be returned under this Guarantee if enough time has elapsed to consume the product as directed on the label. 
  • You must submit your request within thirty (30) days of the date of receiving your order to be eligible to claim under this Guarantee. 
  • All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment once the package is received. We request that customers allow up to 72 hours for financial institutions to process the refund. 

Exchange Procedure

  • A member of our team will be happy to assist you in finding a satisfactory solution and discuss our product exchange options.
  • If your request for an exchange is approved, we will send you another quality product in “exchange” with free shipping.
  • You must submit your request within three (3) months of the date of receiving your order to be eligible to claim under this procedure.
  • All exchanges are final.
