Soursop Surge Citrus Smoothie
serving size 1 smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
- 1x orange (frozen pieces)
- 1-inch fresh ginger
- ½ tsp fresh turmeric
- ½ cup + 1 tbsp coconut milk (from a carton of coconut milk)
- ⅓ cup coconut yogurt
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 scoop Soursop Surge Shake Powder
- ½ vanilla extract
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Hemp hearts for topping
- Optional: vanilla protein powder of choice
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high-speed until combined.
Notes:
- Adjust the texture or thickness of the smoothie with ice or more milk as desired.
- Add flax seeds or chia into the smoothie for fiber if desired
