Soursop Frozen Yogurt Bark

  • 3 cups Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup Soursop Apple Accelerator Shake
  • 1x large apple, diced (we love Cosmic crisp apples!)
  • ½ cup chopped almonds
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup raisins
  • Sea salt and cinnamon for garnish

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small pan on medium heat add chopped almonds and toast for 3-4 minutes. Turn to medium-low and add maple syrup and cinnamon. Stir fairly constantly for a minute or two until the almonds are coated with the maple syrup. Remove from the pan to a bowl and set aside to cool.
  3. In a medium bowl, stir yogurt and Soursop Apple Accelerator Shake together until combined.
  4. Spread the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to about ¼-½ inch thickness.. Sprinkle on the diced apples, raisins and cinnamon almonds, pressing down gently to make sure the ingredients are stuck into the yogurt (you made need to break up the almonds a bit before sprinkling on as they may stick together after sauteeing them in the maple syrup). Top with a sprinkle of sea salt and cinnamon. Freeze for at least 3 hours.
  5. To serve, cut or break into pieces. Store all frozen yogurt bark in the freezer
